Mandík supplied its Air handling units (AHUs) for a significant investment in the production and development of “supercomputers” in Europe.

Foxconn is one of the world's leading computer electronic components manufacturing organisations. Foxconn provides computer manufacturers around the world with customised development and manufacturing services. Mandík has designed, manufactured and delivered AHUs for the Foxconn new supercomputer production facility in cooperation with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). The new Foxconn “supercomputer” production facility is the first of its kind in Europe and will specialize in next-generation high-performance computing (HPC) and artificial intelligence (AI) systems to accelerate delivery to customers. The new production hall is part of the existing production plant of Foxconn Czech Republic in Kutná Hora. Supreme and precise indoor air quality was essential in the project. For this project, two units has been supplied, specifically P9 (MODEL BOX M2-M18) model, with a flow rate of 18,000m³/h. It was necessary to configure the evaporator coils for maximum dehumidification performance (using HMPcalcApp), which is ideal for this type of application. Mandík units were designed in AHUman software in size 2 x 9.000m³/h including Eurovent and RLT certificates. The customer is widely satisfied not only with the final result of the equipment, but also with the support given in the process and the possibility of providing a technical solution from Mandík sales and technical team.
